This Senior Analyst role reports to the Director, Toy FPA, playing a vital part in the Global Toy team. You will create and analyze financial plans necessary for measuring profitability, fostering data-driven decisions aimed at strategic brand development. Your analytical expertise will impact growth across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the financial co-pilot for the Toy Creative Center

• Oversee Toy SGA planning and establish key partnerships

• Transform complex financial data into actionable insights

• Analyze monthly profitability and assist in performance reporting

• Consolidate the Toy Line Plan and provide financial analytics

Requirements:

• Degree in business or economics required

• 3-5+ years of public company or accounting experience

• Familiarity with ERP and Planning Software mandatory

• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling

• Experience with Power BI for reporting is an asset
