Your Opportunity

Our Toronto office is looking for a Co-op Student or Intern to join the Valuations & Modelling team from January to April 2027. This is a net new role and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the preparation of the financial models used for the valuation;
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed valuation reports and presentations to management;
  • Participate in discussions and meetings with management of the companies involved;
  • Analyze company and industry-specific strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine the cash flow risks of the companies involved;
  • Research third-party databases for market, industry or comparable public company and private transaction multiples and other information for valuation purposes
  • Manage multiple engagements to ensure successful and timely completion of client deliverables;

Your experience and education

You are enrolled in an accounting focused post-secondary program with intention of pursuing the CPA designation

You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in valuations and an eagerness to pursue the CBV designation

You have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You have the ability to prioritize competing priorities with varying deadlines.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $48,000 - $60,000.
