In this position, you will report to the VP of Global Financial Crimes and act as the primary AML liaison with regulatory bodies like FINTRAC. You will enhance ADP's compliance framework by developing policies and conducting risk assessments while delivering training to staff. Your expertise will play a key role in safeguarding the business against financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ADP Canada's AML/ATF compliance program oversight
• Serve as designated AML officer for regulatory reporting
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Maintain comprehensive documentation as per regulatory standards
• Lead internal audits and ensure timely remediation
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in AML/ATF compliance at a financial institution
• Deep understanding of PCMLTFA and associated Canadian regulations
• Proven experience in managing compliance documentation and reporting
• Ability to analyze complex compliance issues
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
