Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Branch's compliance and AML frameworks

• Develop policies to meet regulatory requirements

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and manage issues

• Liaise with regulators on compliance matters

• Support internal audits and remediation strategies

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in banking compliance

• Deep understanding of OSFI and FINTRAC regulations

• Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred

• Proficient in Mandarin and English

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
