As a pivotal member of the Investment Finance and Valuations leadership, you'll drive valuation processes, forecasting, and provide strategic insights. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quarterly portfolio valuation analyses and provide insights

• Foster an inclusive team culture through effective mentorship

• Oversee financial models for strategic planning and forecasting

• Collaborate with investment teams to optimize portfolio outcomes

• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of valuation experience in complex assets

• CBV or equivalent business valuation designation required

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Proven capability in leadership and relationship management
