MNP Capital Advisory Analyst

In this Analyst role within MNP’s Capital Advisory practice, you will support mid-market clients through various financial engagements. Collaborating closely with senior team members and lenders, you will assist in executing financing solutions that aid in growth and recapitalization, all while honing valuable skills in financial analysis and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute debt advisory and financing engagements

• Assist in lender outreach and transaction execution

• Prepare financial models and cash flow forecasts

• Conduct financial statement and operational analysis

• Participate in client meetings and internal discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

• Progress toward CPA or CFA considered an asset

• 1–3 years in corporate finance or transaction advisory

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
