Beacon Software is seeking its first Director on the Strategic Finance team. In this entrepreneurial position, you'll report to the VP, Strategic Finance, and partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and M&A Directors.

Your role will focus on value creation and capital allocation across portfolio companies, influencing key strategic decisions that support Beacon's ambitious growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as finance partner to acquired companies

• Collaborate with industry leaders on financial decisions

• Translate operational insights into investment strategies

• Build and manage value creation plans and budgets

• Lead the implementation of AI-native financial systems

Requirements:

• 3-8 years in strategy consulting or finance

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Experience in vertical market software is a plus

• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
