Position: M&A and Capital Markets Intern at BDO
Join BDO's Toronto team as an M&A and Capital Markets Intern from January to April 2027. This opportunity allows you to engage in essential business development tasks and valuable financial analyses.

In this co-op role, you will actively contribute to the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team. You will prepare pitch-books, conduct in-depth market research, and assist in drafting marketing documents. This experience is perfect for students enrolled in a business program focusing on accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pitch-books and presentations for business development

• Conduct market, industry, and company research

• Create lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets

• Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums

• Support financial analysis and due diligence tasks

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a post-secondary business program focused on finance or accounting

• Strong interest in M&A with analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
