Hybrid FP&A Manager with Black & McDonald

In this full-time role, you will oversee essential FP&A functions, including budgeting and forecasting, while coaching two FP&A Analysts. Your responsibilities include standardizing workflows for reporting and supporting strategic initiatives that facilitate financial transformations, ensuring quality and clarity in all insights delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables and analyses

• Develop and mentor two FP&A Analysts for optimal performance

• Standardize review workflows and executive presentation materials

• Assist in the formalization of Corporate Planning processes

• Back Treasury functions, including cash forecasting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A

• 2+ years of managerial experience in finance roles

• Strong skills in advanced Excel and data interpretation

• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau

• Master’s degree or CPA designation required
