SaaS Billing & Revenue Analyst Role

Become a critical part of Pure Facts as a Billings & Revenue Analyst, focusing on revenue scaling and billing efficiency within a SaaS firm. Your expertise will drive accurate invoicing and robust reporting.

In this position, you'll be responsible for translating complex SaaS contracts into precise invoices, ensuring compliance with internal controls and revenue regulations. Collaborating with Finance and other teams will be vital as you maintain billing integrity and support revenue analysis and forecasting efforts. A strong background in revenue operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own invoicing processes for SaaS subscriptions and professional services

• Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue management

• Manage collections strategies to foster client relationships

• Prepare detailed financial reports and reconciliations

• Lead system design improvements for billing accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in billing and revenue operations

• Deep understanding of SaaS contracts and pricing

• Proven ability to partner with Sales and Client Success

• Strong communication and prioritization skills

• Familiarity with tools like Netsuite and Salesforce preferred
