Foresters Financial in the Toronto area is launching the Actuarial Development Program for new graduates. You will rotate every 2–3 years across disciplines such as planning, capital management, pricing, risk and valuation, gaining exposure for Canada and the U.S.
The program supports actuarial exams toward FSA/FCIA, offers a competitive base salary of $55,000–$77,000 plus bonus potential, a comprehensive pension plan and flexible benefits in a hybrid role with two in-office days weekly.
