Position: OpenTable Financial Planning Director Role
Open Table is seeking a Toronto-based Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial management and analysis initiatives. Oversee key operational financial processes including budgeting and forecasting.

This pivotal position requires collaborating with heads of departments on Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures, ensuring that financial insights drive resource optimization.

Your role also includes managing commission plans and delivering impactful reporting for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes

• Supervise prioritization and governance of capital expenditures

• Collaborate on commission plans, ensuring financial accuracy

• Produce detailed financial reports for senior executives

• Optimize FP&A processes through automation and scaling

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in financial roles

• Advanced skills in financial modeling and large datasets

• Demonstrated leadership in finance teams

• Strong ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
