Analyst Position in Secondaries Team

CPP Investments is seeking an Analyst to enhance its Secondaries team in Toronto. Make a tangible impact on private equity investments through research and analysis.

This Analyst role is dedicated to evaluating LP and GP-led secondary investments. You will engage in extensive research, work on financial models, and facilitate due diligence efforts. Your input will shape investment recommendations and optimize portfolio outcomes in collaboration with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth industry and market research

• Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuations

• Engage in due diligence activities with external parties

• Collaborate on investment memoranda with deal teams

• Track financial performance of existing investments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

• Relevant experience of up to 3 years in finance

• CFA progress or certification is a plus

• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
