RBC Director, Liquidity Governance

Lead the strategic governance initiatives at RBC as the Director for Corporate Treasury. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and managing liquidity pricing processes.

As part of the Enterprise Liquidity Parameters & Wholesale Funds Transfer Pricing team, you will coordinate regulatory reviews and maintain essential governance protocols. Your responsibilities will include risk management oversight, project management, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end governance for liquidity parameters

• Track and remediate regulatory findings promptly

• Coordinate IT changes related to liquidity metrics

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of business requirements

• Lead and execute cross-regional governance implementations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 10 or more years of related governance experience

• Familiarity with capital markets and liquidity management

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Proficient in managing complex projects
