Join the Comp & Benefits FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst, focusing on salary management and equity compensation. Your financial expertise will support strategic decision-making and enhance budget reporting.

The company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead forecasting and variance analysis for compensation and equity. Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and maintain Anaplan modules for improved forecasting accuracy.

Your role will also involve close partnership with Payroll Accounting, ensuring data integrity and supportive monthly processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast cash compensation and equity/stock-based compensation

• Partner with Total Rewards on equity grant assumptions

• Support monthly close processes with Payroll Accounting

• Maintain Anaplan modules for forecasting accuracy

• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years in financial planning and analysis

• Strong Gsheets/Excel modeling skills

• Detail-oriented and organized self-starter

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

• Preferred experience in Equity/Stock Based Compensation
