Controller Role

Position: NorthStar Gaming Controller Role
Join North Star Gaming as a Controller and take charge of day-to-day financial operations. Your strong IFRS background and experience in public accounting will be key in driving strategic financial initiatives.

In this role, you will report to the VP of Finance, managing 8+ years of accounting expertise with a focus on compliance, reporting, and team leadership. Develop financial strategies that support organizational goals, while delivering accurate and timely financial reports and innovative cost management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accurate financial reporting under IFRS

• Support annual budgeting and continuous forecasts

• Manage cash flow and risk reporting

• Lead all audits and oversee compliance measures

• Drive improvements in accounting procedures

Requirements:

• 8+ years in finance; at least 2 in controllership

• Must hold a CPA designation

• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities

• Public company experience is desirable

• Proficiency in financial reporting software
