Position: Operational Resilience Director at Manulife

This pivotal role is part of the Strategy, Governance and Controls team, where you will utilize your extensive operational risk management experience. Implement and monitor the operational risk and resilience programs while collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organization to build robust frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team focused on risk management development

• Manage effective operational resilience programs

• Oversee the Bank's Third Party Risk Governance strategy

• Ensure monitoring and testing of regulatory controls

• Establish the Anti-Fraud oversight program

Requirements:

• Expertise in operational risk and resilience in financial services

• History of leading cross-functional teams

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in risk management principles and compliance

• Knowledge of AML and internal risk management collaboration
