Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly forecasting and long-term projections

• Develop and enhance complex financial models for decision-making

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor key financial performance metrics (KPIs) for growth

• Collaborate with accounting and business operations during month-end close

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in financial leadership, preferably in technology or healthcare

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business; CPA/MBA preferred

• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP standards

• Expertise in financial modeling and M&A support

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
