Your focus will involve working with lenders and business owners to facilitate various financing solutions that bolster growth, recapitalizations, and special situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with debt advisory and financing engagements

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and models

• Coordinate lender outreach and transaction processes

• Develop financing memorandums and client presentations

• Conduct industry research and operational reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or advisory

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
