Senior Real Estate Investment Associate

As part of Equiton's investment team, you will support the acquisition and underwriting processes while collaborating closely with the Vice President, Investments. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years in real estate investment management. You will enhance your analytical skills by monitoring market trends and drafting investment recommendations for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and acquiring real estate investments

• Build complex financial models in Excel and Argus

• Evaluate due diligence and investment documentation

• Develop presentations for the Investment Committee

• Cultivate relationships with brokers and external partners

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in investment banking or real estate

• Relevant degree in Finance or Commerce

• Proficient in financial modeling and risk assessment

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
