Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze cash funding requirements for all group companies

• Oversee daily reconciliation and cash reporting

• Maintain documentation for bank transactions accurately

• Provide insights to enhance treasury activities

• Process wire payments and internal transfers

Requirements:

• Background in real estate or a large complex organization

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with JD Edwards system is advantageous

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
