Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate finance engagements and manage M&A processes

• Prepare and present technical and financial analysis

Requirements:

• 5 to 6+ years in corporate finance or advisory roles

• Master’s degree preferred, with CBV/CFA certifications a plus

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Availability for travel as necessary
