Finance Director – Mining​/Mineral Processing

Blue Moon Metals Inc. seeks a Finance Director with extensive experience in mining finance, working in a hybrid role from Toronto. Lead financial management and support corporate growth initiatives.

As the Finance Director, you will report to the executive team, driving financial discipline and compliance across operations in Canada, Norway, and the United States. With a minimum of 10 years in finance, you’ll enhance internal controls and provide financial leadership essential for strategic decision-making.

Your role will significantly impact Blue Moon’s projects and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and long-range modeling

• Provide analysis for executive business decisions

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements

• Oversee cash management and treasury functions

• Foster compliance and optimize financial processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting required

• At least 10 years in finance leadership roles

• Experience in mining or project-based sectors preferred

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial systems
