As a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll support IFRS compliance and contribute to financial reporting improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this position, along with experience in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reporting and annual financial statements

• Assist in technical accounting analyses and audit preparations

• Work closely with corporate and site financial teams

• Provide IFRS guidance to operational finance personnel

• Engage in company-wide financial reporting initiatives

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance

• CPA designation is essential

• Knowledge of IFRS standards; US GAAP experience advantageous

• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
