Key Responsibilities:

• Direct budgeting and forecasting processes with stakeholders

• Create and manage financial models for long-term planning

• Track KPIs related to occupancy and operational performance

• Prepare management reports for senior leadership

• Develop dashboards that reflect organizational performance

Requirements:

• Preferred CPA designation or equivalent

• Over 7 years in financial planning roles, including team leadership

• Deep knowledge of financial metrics and reporting

• Background in commercial real estate beneficial

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling tools
