Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will partner with leaders to provide operational and strategic financial guidance. This position emphasizes effective leadership, compliance with financial regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives across your portfolio, ensuring strong financial stewardship in all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic financial guidance to business leaders
• Lead the financial management activities effectively
• Oversee and monitor the entire budget process
• Prepare comprehensive financial status reports
• Mentor staff on effective financial performance management
Requirements:
• Business, Finance, or Accounting degree required
• CPA or similar designation necessary
• 7 years of leadership experience in finance
• Expertise in financial modeling and reporting
• Passion for equity and inclusion in financial practices
