With at least five years of experience, you will guide management in making informed decisions by leveraging data and financial insights. This role involves working collaboratively across various teams, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing financial transparency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Annual Budget and Monthly Financial Forecast

• Deliver insightful financial analyses for strategic decisions

• Analyze performance trends and unexpected variances

• Provide transparency on financial risks and opportunities

• Manage workload independently and oversee junior analysts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis or related role

• At least 3 years partnering with senior leaders

• 1 year of people management experience

• Experience in financial services or banking preferred

• Proficiency in SQL or Python is an asset
