Manager of Financial Operations

Position: Manager of Financial Operations at Bell
Join Bell as a Manager of Financial Operations in Toronto or Montreal, focusing on Accounts Payable. This hybrid role requires expertise in financial leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

You will guide the Financial Close Controller team, ensuring operational excellence through effective Invoice processing and supplier management. The role entails providing daily leadership, fostering accountability, and managing relationships. You will also be responsible for performance metrics to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee invoice processing and supplier support activities

• Lead day-to-day operations and coaching for the team

• Ensure compliance with Support Services Agreements

• Create dashboards for monitoring KPIs and effectiveness

• Represent Accounts Payable in operations projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• CPA preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant Finance experience

• Proficiency in MS applications and AI tools

• Familiarity with SAP-FI and SAP-BI preferred
