Healthcare Finance Operations Leader

Directly lead a finance team, fostering professional development while overseeing payroll accuracy and financial reporting responsibilities. Your collaboration with management will support effective budgeting and funding tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll and financial reporting duties

• Support cash flow and treasury management activities

• Lead staff in financial processes and compliance

• Coordinate the Centre's annual budget cycle

• Enhance internal controls and financial systems
Requirements:

• 5+ years progressive finance experience in relevant sectors

• CPA designation preferred but equivalent experience accepted

• Expertise in financial reporting and payroll systems

• Familiarity with nonprofit accounting practices

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
