In this position, you will support CPP Investments’ mission within the Real Assets Credit group, focusing on lucrative real estate credit opportunities. With 1–3 years of experience, this role offers hands-on exposure to various asset classes throughout the investment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess financial, property, and market factors for investments

• Analyze industry data to aid in investment decisions

• Develop financial models and conduct cash flow valuations

• Contribute to investment committee materials and presentations

• Manage existing investments, including performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant field

• 1–3 years in real estate, investing, or a related area

• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
