Position: Experienced Controller at TO Live
Elevate financial operations with TO Live as a Controller in Toronto, Canada. This full-time role focuses on financial database management and regulatory compliance.

As part of the Finance team, you will report to the Director of Finance, ensuring that all financial processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing external reporting, and conducting month-end financial preparations. Leadership in financial analysis and guiding the accounting team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial database system and support users

• Maintain financial reference manuals and controls

• Liaise for City financial reporting requirements

• Oversee month-end and year-end process preparation

• Lead annual audit process and review schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years of related experience

• Completion of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)

• Proficient in financial management software

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
