Position: 7shifts Senior FP&A Manager
Shape the future of financial planning at 7shifts as a Senior Manager in FP&A. Lead the financial model development, storytelling, and budgeting processes to influence decision-making effectively.

As Senior Manager FP&A at 7shifts, you’ll own the FP&A function, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, with one analyst under your guidance. You will provide critical insights while refining processes for growth. Your experience in B2B SaaS finance will help in deciphering complex data narratives for leadership and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own financial model in Drivetrain; defend assumptions

• Create clear financial narratives from monthly performance

• Manage annual budgeting and reforecasting processes

• Ensure accuracy of ARR reporting in Finqore

• Collaborate with business leaders for revenue insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years in FP&A, with 2 years in leadership

• Proven ownership of financial models

• Experience in coaching analysts for high performance

• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively

• Proficient in using AI for process improvement
