Manager, Multi-Residential Asset Oversight

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial performance of assigned multi-residential assets

• Prepare and analyze annual budgets and financial reports

• Develop leasing and capital expenditure strategies

• Conduct operational assessments and site visits

• Provide insights for investment committee reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of financial experience in real estate

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Preferred experience in multi-residential or commercial sectors

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel

• Proactive communicator with strong organizational skills
