As an intern on the Models and Asset Liability Risk team, you will engage with experienced investment analysts and data scientists. Your responsibilities include conducting statistical analyses and stress tests, designing data visualizations, and assisting with model documentation. This position is essential for gaining exposure to the investment decision-making process within a pension plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop asset/liability models evaluating portfolio changes
• Conduct statistical analyses and interpret key risk metrics
• Create data visualizations for diverse audiences
• Execute stress tests to assess portfolio resilience
• Prepare documentation and risk reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Strong background in finance, risk management, or mathematics
• Enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate program
• Familiarity with pension plan operations
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Prior internship experience is a plus
