From January to April 2027, our Toronto office is looking for an intern to join the M&A and Capital Markets team.

This role offers you a chance to prepare marketing documents, conduct thorough research, and assist with financial modeling and analyses. You will actively participate in due diligence processes while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create pitch-books and related presentation materials

• Carry out comprehensive market and company research

• Compile lists of acquisition targets and potential buyers

• Support drafting Confidential Information Memorandums

• Contribute to various financial analyses for engagements

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a business program with finance emphasis

• Keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions

• Strong detail orientation under deadlines

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration

• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis
