Assistant Vice President Commercial Financing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the client base in commercial financing

• Review underwriting and credit applications from analysts

• Lead loan transactions from origination to funding

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in CMHC underwriting

• Experience in commercial real estate lending

• 8-10 years in a relevant role

• Knowledge of lending regulations
