Position: Director of Treasury Compliance at CIBC

In this pivotal position, you'll report to the VP, Funds Transfer Pricing, leading efforts to enhance the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) framework.

Your role encompasses overseeing compliance risks, ensuring timely updates on regulatory changes, and cultivating partnerships with internal stakeholders. This leadership role is essential for maintaining compliance integrity across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the improvement of the Treasury’s Regulatory Compliance Management framework

• Coordinate compliance risk monitoring and reporting efforts

• Act as a key contact for governance and audit activities

• Enhance documentation and training resources for compliance functions

• Build strategic relationships with compliance and audit teams

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Business, IT, or Mathematics

• Proficiency in compliance and regulatory risk management

• Strong technical and analytical skills

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools

• Effective communicator with attention to detail
