Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restructuring engagements, including bankruptcies and proposals

• Assist in planning and delivering insolvency services

• Prepare court reports and client correspondence

• Build relationships with financiers and insolvency lawyers

• Maintain high quality control and identify key risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 4+ years of corporate insolvency experience

• Pursuing Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional Certification

• Strong business acumen with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
