Job Description & How to Apply Below
Are you a highly curious, self-motivated Accountant who genuinely loves the precision of full-cycle ledger reconciliations? We are seeking an action-oriented professional who operates with outstanding autonomy and thrives in a collaborative, virtual-first environment. In this role, you will act as a true problem-solver, bringing a positive, solution-oriented attitude and a deep passion for financial integrity. If you prefer rolling up your sleeves to own the complete month-end close process for three client entities over simply managing high-level administrative tasks, this opportunity is designed for you.

Do you bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to data, backed by advanced Excel capabilities? Our ideal candidate is someone who looks at decentralized databases and manual integration workflows as an engaging puzzle to be solved with care and patience. Utilizing your practical mastery of SUMIFS, complex Pivot Tables, and lookups, you will bridge the gap between our core accounting platform and donor management databases.

You take pride in maintaining immaculate general ledgers and ensure that critical reconciliations and audits are executed flawlessly, without frustration over software limitations.

Are you eager to bring your financial expertise to a mission-driven team where your professional development and career growth are actively championed? This permanently remote, 100% virtual position offers standard 7-hour workdays and excellent scheduling flexibility, allowing you to manage your responsibilities with true geographic freedom. You will be joining a supportive, high-integrity culture that values collaboration, accountability, and excellence, providing a structured pathway for you to progress gradually through your CPA designation while receiving comprehensive professional and health-related support.

The Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a prominent, mission-driven provincial healthcare charity operating a highly collaborative, centralized shared-services finance hub, we are seeking an analytical and self-motivated Financial Analyst.

Following a period of successful organizational expansion, this new position has been created to manage high volumes independently. Reporting directly to the supportive Director of Finance as part of an active six-person team, you will take complete ownership of full-cycle ledger management and strategic reporting for 3 assigned client entities.

Fully Covered Group Health & Dental:
Gain complete peace of mind starting after 3 months of service with 100% covered and paid by the employer.
