As an integrator of corporate governance, process transformation, performance management, technology implementation, and business strategy, you will work directly with finance executives to optimize shareholder value and transform the finance function. To be successful, you will:

  • Workcollaboratively with project teams to gather information, analyze client challenges, and support stakeholder interviews.

  • Assistin developing analyses, recommendations, and client-ready presentations.

  • Contribute to the delivery of client engagements across a variety of projects, including finance process improvement, system implementation, and operating model design.

  • Conduct research, perform analysis, and helpidentifyopportunities to address client issues and improve business processes.

  • Support project teams by tracking activities, preparing status updates, andassistingwith workplan execution.

  • You actively develop your consulting, finance transformation, technology, and project delivery skills through hands-on engagement work, coaching, and professional development.

  • Your Experience and

    Education:

  • Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.

  • An accounting designation (CPA) or relevant master’s degree is preferred.

  • 1-4years of relevant work experience in finance or consulting.

  • Deepexpertiseinfinancial managementdisciplines, such as financial process design, budgeting and planning, financial reporting, financial performance management, analytics and data modelling, and business case development.

  • Experience with, or interest in,acquiringknowledge of systems and technologies that support the finance function, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Workiva, etc.

  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.

  • Excellent interpersonal relations anddemonstratedability to work effectively in teams.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and presentnew ideasand conceptualizenew approachesand solutions.

  • Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.

  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Canadian travelrequired; occasional international travel. Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments.

  • The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 annually.
