Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the local Finance representative for compliance

• Monitor and prepare the office's operational budget

• Process various financial transactions including payroll

• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Handle administrative functions related to Board meetings

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent required

• At least five years of operational or financial experience

• Knowledge of Canadian charity regulations beneficial

• Experience with accounting software and financial reporting

• Strong organizational and project management skills
