Portfolio Management Analyst at BGO

With one to two years of experience, you will utilize strong financial analysis, modeling skills, and insights into real estate value drivers. You’re expected to prepare investment memos, evaluate leasing decisions, and support client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis and pro forma modeling

• Support preparation of strategic business plans and budgets

• Manage return and cash flow modeling for clients

• Produce presentation materials for client meetings

• Streamline client reporting using automation and AI

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in real estate, finance, or banking

• Strong theoretical knowledge of valuation techniques

• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling

• Participation in CFA program preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
