Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of transactions in line with SLAs

• Address service issues by referring to the appropriate partners

• Validate incoming transaction information for accuracy

• Provide recommendations for process improvements

• Manage correspondence with confidentiality and discretion

Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with an undergraduate degree or college diploma

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to discern sensitive information
