Position: Settlement Service Analyst Role at Aviso

In this position, you'll join the Operations team at Aviso, focusing on ensuring that both domestic and foreign equity trades are accurately settled within the CDS and DTC systems, leveraging your expertise in SWIFT. Your responsibilities will impact the overall efficiency of trading operations by validating instructions and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound SWIFT message processing

• Settle trades swiftly and accurately

• Resolve unmatched trades by liaising with counter parties

• Balance daily processing reports from various systems

• Track and update records related to settlements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• 2+ years working in an office, ideally in securities

• Experience with Dataphile, CDS, and DTC systems

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

• Effective communication in English;
French is advantageous
