This position is designed for a compliance professional eager to contribute to a rapidly evolving program designed to meet growing financial crime mandates. Your responsibility lies in structuring a robust compliance framework while collaborating with various organizational teams to ensure the adaptations are sustainable and practical. You will also provide essential training and guidance regarding financial compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and operationalize financial crime policies
• Lead the enhancement of the sanctions screening program
• Work closely to integrate vendors into compliance software
• Perform ongoing risk assessments related to AML/KYC
• Develop and deliver financial crime training for employees
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in risk management or compliance
• Expertise in global sanctions and risk laws
• Experience managing compliance systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, Master’s is advantageous
• Industry certifications such as CAMS or CSS preferred
Utilize your compliance expertise to drive impactful changes within HUB International’s financial structures and ensure adherence to regulations.
