Cash Management Officer

Join TMX's TSX Trust division as a Cash Management Officer in a hybrid work model. You'll focus on processing financial transactions and supporting dividend plans in this essential role.

This position reports to the Manager, Operations and is tailored for entry-to-mid-level candidates in financial services.

Your role will comprise transaction processing, compliance with AML checks, and ensuring accurate account reconciliations while supporting a high-volume business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enrollments, withdrawals, and account setups

• Input cash contributions and share buy transactions

• Balance funds and verify financial data accurately

• Conduct AML verifications on transactions

• Generate and prepare statements and shareholder communications

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in financial or trust administration

• Educational background in Finance, Business, or Accounting

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills

• Familiarity with capital market processes

• Collaborative mindset and solid communication skills
