This role within the Investment Management sector focuses on optimizing collateral management and supporting the Fund’s balance sheet. As an Associate, you will engage in Delta One trading activities and collaborate across diverse teams to meet liquidity objectives. Your contributions will help maintain efficient portfolio management and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support analysis of liquidity and funding strategies
• Execute trades involving Delta One and securities lending
• Monitor market positions and pricing for alignment
• Build analytical tools to enhance portfolio decision making
• Ensure accurate processing of trades and settlements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in trading or liquidity management
• Strong skills in Excel and interest in Python programming
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Alignment with HOOPP’s values of accountability and compassion
