Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of aligned lending programs
• Execute projects for credit and operational effectiveness
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years in credit risk management
• Proven track record in policy and process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant degree in Finance or MBA preferred
