Position: Senior Financial Data Analyst at Lyft
Become a core player at Lyft as a Senior Financial Data Analyst managing the Reporting team. This hybrid role focuses on building systems and ensuring operational integrity for financial reports.

In this leadership role, you will manage a small team of analysts, ensure all Run the Business (RTB) reporting is accurate, and develop process documentation. Your skills in SQL and experience with high-stakes reporting will be crucial as you identify automation opportunities and drive significant initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own RTB and Compliance reporting accuracy and reliability

• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development

• Build process documentation and operational playbooks

• Integrate Finance Data Products into daily reporting

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders

Requirements:

• BA/BS with 5+ years in finance, analytics, or accounting

• Advanced SQL proficiency with large data sets

• Experience in high-stakes reporting processes

• Proven formal people-management experience

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau
