Fund Oversight Analyst

Position: CI Financial Fund Oversight Analyst

The successful candidate will become a key member of the Fund Administration team, ensuring fund oversight and control. With a minimum of two years of fund industry experience, you will leverage your skills to prepare transaction files, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate data repositories. Your attention to detail and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in handling inquiries and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily manual transactions for Middle Office

• Assist with reconciling discrepancies for Trade Support

• Execute fund oversight and control policies

• Manage fund data accuracy and integrity

• Support various internal and external reporting needs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of fund industry or consulting experience

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields preferred

• Excellent MS Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-starter comfortable in a high-performance culture
